Comparing only warranty length produces a misleading result. A red light therapy bed supplier offering a three-year warranty with no local parts and a ten-day response may provide less operational value than a supplier offering a shorter warranty with stocked components and trained technicians in the buyer’s region.
| Service area | Minimum acceptable evidence | Stronger supplier offer |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | Written installation instructions and a commissioning checklist | Qualified installation, a site acceptance test, and a signed handover record |
| Training | An operating manual and a basic product briefing | Role-based training, a competency check, and update training |
| Technical support | A general email contact | A ticket system, severity levels, named engineers, and an escalation route |
| إصلاحات | Parts available on request | Defined response targets, qualified technicians, and post-repair verification |
| Parts | Warranty-period replacement parts | Critical-parts stock, revision control, and obsolescence notice |
| أمان | A process for customers to report a problem | Complaint evaluation, إمكانية التتبع, field correction, and a recall procedure |
Score every red light therapy bed supplier against the same evidence request. Do not give full credit for a promise that is not supported by a sample service report, a parts list, a response-time table, a training record, or a contract clause. The purpose of the comparison is to measure the support system, not the confidence of the salesperson.
