In the photobiomodulation industry, the word OEM is used loosely to describe three very different arrangements. Clarifying which one you are being offered changes the price, the timeline, and your regulatory exposure.
In a true تصنيع المعدات الأصلية arrangement, you own the brand and the specification, and the factory builds to it. In an أوديإم arrangement, the factory owns an existing design and you rebrand it, sometimes with cosmetic changes. في white label supply, you take a stock product and change the label and packaging only.
The distinction matters because a pre-existing platform carries pre-existing design margins, thermal limits, and certification scope. If you want a different wavelength mix, a redesigned array, a taller cabin, or a new control interface, you are no longer buying a rebrand. You are commissioning engineering work, and that work usually triggers new safety and electromagnetic compatibility testing.
Ask the red light therapy bed supplier directly which elements are fixed and which are configurable. Branding, لون, supply voltage, controller menus, and packaging are normally configurable at low cost. The emitter, the driver, the optical path, and the control board are not. Any change to those four is a design change, and a design change can invalidate the test reports you are relying on.
A useful question at this stage is: “If we change the emitter to a different bin, what happens to your existing reports?” A red light therapy bed manufacturer with a real engineering function will describe a change-control process. A trading desk will say it does not matter.
