How Do You Use a Red Light Therapy Bed Correctly?

1. Confirm the protocol. Check the session length, mode, intenzita, and any distance requirement.
2. Prepare your skin and space. Remove obstructive items and keep the light-emitting surfaces and ventilation openings clear.
3. Put on the required eye protection. Use the eyewear supplied or specified for the device; do not substitute ordinary sunglasses.
4. Lie in the recommended position. Keep the target areas aligned with the bed and avoid unnecessary contact with hot or moving parts.
5. Start the timer. Use the programmed session instead of adding extra time because the light feels comfortable.
6. Stay still and monitor how you feel. Mild warmth may occur, but pain, intense heat, závrať, or eye discomfort is a reason to stop and seek guidance.
7. End the session when the timer finishes. Turn the device off according to the instructions and allow it to cool if required.
8. Record the response. Note temporary redness, podráždění, bolest hlavy, or any unusual symptom before deciding whether to repeat the protocol.

The most important detail is not the number of steps; it is the match between the device’s instructions and the session you actually perform. A full-body red light therapy bed may look simple to operate, but it still delivers an optical dose across a large area. Do not combine several programs in one visit unless the red light therapy bed manufacturer or a clinician has explicitly designed that sequence.
