A useful warranty explains what is covered, for how long, where service will occur, and what the red light therapy bed supplier will do after a valid claim. The headline period matters, but the exclusions and response process matter more.
The warranty should identify the coverage period for the complete bed and any different periods for LED modules, motoristas, power supplies, control boards, fans, actuators, touchscreens, and other high-value parts. It should state whether labor, travel, embalagem, replacement shipping, customs charges, and return freight are included.
The red light therapy bed supplier should define what counts as a defect and what evidence is required to open a claim. A serial number, error code, photographs, a short video, and operating logs may be reasonable. Requiring the customer to dismantle a large bed before the supplier will investigate is not a reasonable first-line warranty process.
Read the exclusions carefully. Common exclusions may include unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, liquid damage, blocked ventilation, misuse, consumable surfaces, or normal cosmetic wear. Those exclusions should be written clearly and should not be broad enough to exclude ordinary commercial operation.
